Hey hey everyone!
Since me and the Mr both have very busy schedules during the week, the only day we can actually see each other in on Saturday...and we try to always make the best of it!!
This past Saturday my Mr surprised me with a tea session at a traditional tea salon in Lisbon! It's located in Chiado, a very known place in Lisbon, but it's quite hidden, not exactly in the middle of the touristic part of Chiado.
Even though he hates tea, he still took me there and it was so nice of him..I guess that is love =P
I have this new addiction...I am in love with scones...like...seriously...IN-LOVE! I tried them like two weeks ago and I fell in love with them so now I just order them wherever I see them on a menu! And that's what I did at this place..and of course, with tea!
These scones were very good!!! They made me quite full haha I had them with strawberry jam and butter =D Not the healthiest of choices, but also not something we have everyday!

ReplyDeleteSalão do Carmo! Fica no Largo do Carmo, ao pé do Chiado. Se subires pela entrada principal dos Armazéns (como se fosses a caminho do Largo de Camões) viras na primeira à direita e vais lá ter =)
